Office hours
Our law firm is fully operational and you may reach us throughout the usual office hours. We make our best efforts to attend to your inquiries promptly.
Appointments
Appointments are available. However, we reduce personal contacts to a minimum and we would appreciate it if you made your appointment either by phone or by mail and didn’t visit our premises without an appointment.
Furthermore, we would ask you to refrain from making or attending appointments if within the last fourteen (14) days
you have visited a risk country or zone or
you have been in contact with persons who have tested positively for a current infection of COVID-19 or are supposed to be positive or who are in domestic isolation or quarantine, or
you have disease manifestations such as dry cough, headache, fever, or the loss of the sense of taste or smell, etc.
We expressly reserve the right to cancel and postpone appointments if we see the protection of our clients and/or employees impaired. Please make sure to leave your telephone number and/or email address when making appointments so that we can inform you of any postponements if necessary.
During the appointment
Please take care that you wear during our appointment a mask that covers the nose and mouth.
Please use the disinfectants provided in our office, avoid physical contact (e.g. shaking hands), and keep always your distance from other people.
Alternatives to personal meetings
The vast majority of matters can be solved from a distance. You can contact us by phone, post, email, or fax. Furthermore, we are prepared for teleconferencing and videoconferencing having enabled a secure channel for this purpose.
If you have documents for us you can send them to us by post or by mail. The Spanish post, Correos, and courier services work normally. However, if you encountered any difficulty please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution.
